I’m writing this review out of a need for transparency from the branch owner, Stephan Buckley—especially when the matter involves something as serious as a life insurance policy.
Over the last 30+ days, I’ve made multiple good-faith attempts to obtain basic confirmation from Stephan Buckley regarding the underwriting and cancellation status of a policy potentially tied to my name and my life. These were lawful requests—not speculative, not confrontational. Simply due diligence.
Instead of a direct answer, I was met with:
• Accusations of harassment for simply asking a question
• Smug deflection and repeated redirection to corporate channels
• Prolonged silence after being provided clear context and documentation
• A disturbing pattern of avoidance that feels less like professionalism and more like intentional stonewalling
This isn’t how ethical insurance professionals behave—especially when they’re managing sensitive policies with real-life consequences.
If this is how policyholders—or worse, people unknowingly tied to policies—are treated when trying to verify critical information, I’d strongly encourage others to exercise extreme caution when doing business here specifically at this Statefarm Branch. Silence isn’t service, and concealment by way of avoidance isn’t integrity.
