Title: 30 Days Later — Still No Response on ‘Cancelled’ Life Policy
I’m writing this as a 30-day follow-up to my prior attempts to obtain underwriting documentation for a life insurance policy in my name, which Stephan Buckley previously claimed was canceled in July 2024.
After taking his advice to “contact corporate,” I spoke directly with multiple State Farm representatives, all of whom confirmed that branch agents like Mr. Buckley are legally required to retain and provide access to underwriting records under California Insurance Code §§ 735 and 781.
Despite this, Mr. Buckley has gone completely silent and refuses to disclose the underwriting file, beneficiary records, or proof of cancellation.
This is no longer a matter of poor customer service — this is active concealment of material facts about a life insurance policy tied to my identity.
If you’re a prospective client, especially inquiring about life insurance:
🚫 Ask yourself if you’re comfortable trusting someone who refuses to provide transparency about a policy tied to another person’s life.
State Farm corporate will take this seriously when it’s brought before them by way of governing state bodies.
